By submitting your photograph/information, you agree to the following:

• You certify that you are 18 years of age or older.

• You understand that Development Corporation for Israel ("DCI") is under no obligation to publish your photograph and may elect not to use your photograph without notice or reason.

• You represent that the person who took this photograph is not a professional photographer and did not receive financial compensation for taking the photograph that you are submitting.

• You own all copyrights in and to the photograph. As a condition of submitting your photo, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably assign all copyrights and other rights in the photograph to DCI.

• You understand that DCI is an entity formed under the laws of the State of New York in the United States, which sells Israel bonds in the United States only and that submission of a photograph does not create a sales relationship with DCI.

• ​You acknowledge that DCI or its affiliates may, at their sole discretion, publish or otherwise use your name/or the names of any other individuals seen in any photograph and/or information submitted by you. Such publication or other use may occur on the internet (such as on DCI's or its affiliates' websites or Facebook pages) or on other mediums, now known or hereafter developed, and may be used for advertising, promotion, the use of trade and/or other mediums, now know or hereafter developed, and may be used for advertising, promotion, the use of trade and/or other commercial purposes. By submitting a photograph you (and any other individuals depicted in the photograph) consent to such publication or any other use.

• You represent that you have been given authority by each individual depicted or represented in the photograph to submit it to DCI and to bind such individual(s) to the terms of this release and that the publication is not a violation of any existing right, including without limitation copyright or privacy. If the photograph includes individuals under the age of 18, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to publication of their photograph or that you have obtained affirmative consent from the parent or legal guardian of the individual(s) under the age of 18 to submit this photograph to DCI. As a condition of submitting your photograph, you (and anyone depicted in the photograph) unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to compensation for use of the photograph and/or any rights with respect to such use you may have under copyright law, the right to publicity, the right to privacy, the law of defamation and or any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of jurisdiction.

• You agree to hold DCI harmless from any claim arising from or in connection with any use of the photograph.

• You acknowledge that DCI has the right to resize the photograph as needed and to edit the information that you provided without prior notice to or consent from you.

• If your photograph is published by DCI and you subsequently wish to have it removed, you must email your detailed request to customer.service@israelbonds.com with the subject line "REMOVE MY PHOTO." DCI will remove the photograph as quickly as is reasonably practical. However, the photograph and related information may remain available on the archive of any website upon which the photograph was posted and may still be found through internet searches.
