Administrative Assistant, Los Angeles, CA
Duties:
- Working in partnership with, and in support of, executive director and registered sales representatives
- Safeguard confidentiality on all business matters
- Manage information and tasks in the company’s database including producing customer and sales reports
- Facilitate billing as needed
- Assist with events including coordinating/maintaining invitation lists and attending events if needed
- Assist with additional projects and other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in a sales environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience working with customer relationship management databases
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients using the highest level of customer service.

Registered Representative, Chicago, IL
Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds, a broker-dealer selling bonds issued by the State of Israel, is currently seeking a Registered Representative for its Chicago, IL office. The ideal team member will have a strong record of success, ideally selling financial products or in development and fundraising. Knowledge of the local Jewish community and Israel's history and current geo-political environment are required. You must have ability and desire to work independently and as a team player. Minimal travel required.
Duties:
- Proactively managing Israel Bonds' current client-base
- Cultivating new investors
- Track record of closing sales or solicitations is a must
- Planning and executing existing and new events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4-5 years’ experience fund-raising or working as a Registered Representative
- FINRA Series 7 license required
- Knowledge of the American-Jewish community and Israel's history and current social/political/economic situation
- Strong written, oral, analytical, listening, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively and independently

Registered Representative, Columbus, OH
Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking a Registered Representative for its Columbus, OH office with responsibilities for Central and Southern Ohio and Kentucky. The ideal team member will have a strong record of success selling financial products or in development and fundraising. Knowledge of the greater Columbus Jewish community and Israel's history and current geo-political environment are required. You must have the ability and desire to work independently and as a team player. Occasional travel required.
