On November 14, Israel Bonds Los Angeles leadership welcomed Science and Technology Minister Ofir Akunis at a reception hosted at the home of Gina Raphael and Jeffrey Gross.  Joining Minister Akunis, a member of Likud, was Knesset member Yossi Yonah, who is affiliated with Zionist Union. The right-left political  leanings of the two guests resulted in spirited discussion.
 
Following the program’s conclusion, Akunis presented his hosts with Israeli Discoveries and Developments that Influenced the World, a book published by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
