On August 5, more than 70 members of Hadassah and guests enjoyed the 6th annual Hadassah Donor event sponsored by Israel Bonds Ohio with Merry Lynne Lincove as the Miriam’s Cup honoree. The event was held at the Jeffrey Mansion in Bexley. Guest speaker was Francine Klagsbrun, renowned author of Golda Meir and the Nation of Israel, which received the 2017 National Jewish Book Award. The event committee included Columbus Hadassah co-presidents Emily Hindin and Terri Searfos and event chairs Susie Blair, Rachel Belenker and Leslie Wasserstrom. Also attending was Carol Ann Schwartz, Hadassah National Vice President. Israel Bonds was represented by Thomas Lockshin, Executive Director for Ohio & Kentucky and Kathe Turiel, Registered Representative for Central & Southern Ohio and Kentucky.
