Sealed, Stamped, and 75 Years Strong: Israel Bonds Gets Its Icon Moment

by Israel Bonds Staff

Something pretty special just happened in Tel Aviv. And no, it’s not your average milestone moment. Just days before Israel Bonds officially hits the 75-year mark, a commemorative stamp was unveiled in its honor. Yes, an actual stamp. The kind that makes things feel permanent, collectible… and kind of iconic. But this wasn’t just about ink and paper. It was about legacy. For 75 years, Israel Bonds has been quietly (and sometimes not so quietly) powering Israel’s economic story and connecting people around the world to something bigger through investment, belief, and long-term commitment. Since 1951, that connection has translated into more than $57 billion in worldwide investments. In moments that matter most, people show up.

Since the horrific day of October 7, 2023, over $8 billion has been invested through Israel Bonds, reminding us that support isn’t just historical but critical, vital, and immediate. The event itself brought together leadership from across Israel the U.S., and around the globe, blending in-person remarks with virtual participation (because global connection is kind of the whole point). Speakers included Israel Bonds President & CEO Dani Naveh, National and International Israel Bonds Chairman of the Board Dr. Andrew M. Hutter (joining from the U.S.), Israel Postal Service Chairman Gil Weil, and Minister of Communications Shlomo Karhi.

So, what’s actually on the stamp? Glad you asked. It was designed by Edna Ricklin to say a lot. An upward arrow symbolizes strong, forward-moving investment. The Star of David layered with the map of Israel speaks to connection between people, places, and purpose to the Jewish State. Multiple arrows reflect something even bigger: our powerful network of global investors coming from all directions, all united in one shared story. At the bottom, a simple phrase: “Together for the future of Israel.” Clear. Direct. Factual.

Commemorative stamps aren’t handed out casually. They’re reserved for magnificent moments and movements that matter most. This one recognizes not just what Israel Bonds has accomplished over the past 75 years, but what it continues to represent: resilience, connection, and a story that’s still being written. Because if there’s one thing this moment makes clear, it’s this: This mission is only just beginning.
