Shimon Peres Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program connects emerging leaders with experienced professionals, fostering growth through shared knowledge, leadership development, and a passion for Israel Bonds. Participants are matched based on their professional backgrounds and commit to five interactive Zoom sessions exploring the mission of Israel Bonds and how to make a lasting impact at home, in their communities, and in Israel.

The program was inspired by Howard L. Goldstein, National and International Chairman Emeritus of the Board, who in 2019 recognized that the future of Israel Bonds depended on cultivating the next generation of lay leaders. Guided by this vision, the initiative was established under the direction of the Israel Bonds National Board of Directors and the National Campaign Advisory Council. It was initially led by Andrew M. Hutter, MD, then a board member and now the National and International Chairman of the Board, together with former Advisory Council Vice Chairs Melanie Moreno and David Matz, in collaboration with Vice President of National Sales Stuart Garawitz.

Today, the initiative continues to thrive under the leadership of National Campaign Advisory Council Member Zev Shulkin, MD, and Board Member Josh Rubens, with alumni leadership from Brian Taub and Shira Lewis, and professional guidance from Micah Cohen, National Director of the New Leadership Division.
