Stuart Garawitz is Vice President of National Sales and heads its National Campaign at Israel Bonds/Development Corporation for Israel (DCI) and is responsible for 18 sales offices and a staff of more than 100 people to achieve annual U.S. sales in excess of $2 billion.

Since coming to Israel Bonds in 2011, Mr. Garawitz has restructured the business and pioneered investment opportunities for not only individuals but also for financial institutions, including states, counties, cities, municipalities, and corporations. In his 14 years at Israel Bonds, he has overseen and helped generate over $19.5 billion in U.S. sales, and increased total Israel bond investors in the United States by more than 50 percent.

Mr. Garawitz convenes regularly with governors, state treasurers, state CIOs, nationally known financial and business leaders such as Warren Buffett, and senior members of Israel’s government. Previously, he was a senior investment officer with high-profile financial firms in the hedge fund, family office, and private wealth space, for which he interfaced with sophisticated investors, created new initiatives, and generated increased sales and equity values.
