Administration
Administrative Assistant - New York City
The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the National Women’s, Rabbinic and Special Projects departments. Duties will include the handling of all administrative tasks including, but not limited to, word processing, filing, scheduling and answering telephones and such other duties as required by the departments. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Qualifications include: Minimum of three (3) years experience in an administrative environment. Proficient in the use of
Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be organized with strong verbal and written skills.
Business Development
Assistant to National Director/Business Development - New York City
The assistant to the National Director/ Business Development is responsible for providing administrative support to the National Director and department staff, including but not limited to, assisting in the coordination and management of national sales events, the Annual Staff Conference, the New York and Washington DC Leadership Conferences and the Florida National Sales Event. The successful candidate will also assist in the coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare invitations and maintain responses to events and conferences, provide telephone coverage and department scheduling, be responsible for department processes and perform any and all assignments necessary to meet the administrative needs of the National Director and the department.
Qualifications include: 3-4 years of administrative experience. Strong organizational and communications skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must have the ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
Management
Processing Manager - New York City
The Processing Manager will have primary responsibility for managing the daily reconciliation and deposit of funds received from our clients for the issuance of Israel bonds.The ideal candidate will be an experienced, consummate professional and proven manager of people who will ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements and have the ability to analyze current processes and procedures and make and implement recommended changes. Duties will include interfacing with the company’s Fiscal Agent to provide efficient and responsive customer service, generating and analyzing reports from various sources, approving and updating customer accounts as necessary, managing the company’s Business Continuity Plan and performing other tasks as required by the National Director of Operations.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years in securities processing required. FINRA Series 7 or 62 and 63 and 24 licenses are required. Prior management experience is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent problem solving skills are a must.
