The board, council and staff of Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds mourn the passing of Irwin Hochberg, devoted national and New York Jewish leader, and widely-respected business executive. Mr. Hochberg provided leadership and commitment to numerous organizations, and Israel Bonds was blessed to have been among his foremost priorities.

A devoted and tireless advocate for the Bonds enterprise, Mr. Hochberg championed the organization for decades. He was an enthusiastic presence at Israel Bonds events, conferences and delegations, providing guidance and inspiration for all participants.

Mr. Hochberg’s ever-present smile and generous spirit, which meant so much to the Bonds organization, will be greatly missed. Israel Bonds expresses heartfelt condolences to his family with the hope that they find comfort among the mourners of Zion.
