We Will Always Stand as One

In the aftermath of the Pittsburgh tragedy, Israel Bonds offers condolences to the families of those who lost their lives at Tree of Life Synagogue, and expresses the hope that the wounded will have a full recovery.
 
We also salute the heroic first responders, whose courage under fire prevented an even greater catastrophe.
 
In Europe and now the United States, anti-Semitism has reached unimaginable levels. Instilled with this toxic anti-Semitism, the alleged gunman fulfilled his hate-fueled mission by committing the largest mass murder of Jews in the U.S.
 
Yet, in examining the historic arc of our people, we take solace from the fact that we are stronger and more determined than ever. Even as we mourn, we will always stand as one, proud of our faith, traditions and our Jewish community.
